Important Salon Policies

Cancellation/No Show/Late Policy

We request that all appointment changes and cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

Please call if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you. 

Failure to cancel without above stated notice or arrival too late to be serviced will result in a charge of half of the service fee before being able to schedule your next appointment.

No Shows will be charged the full price of the appointment.

You will be asked to have a card on file after two missed appointments before being able to reschedule.

 

Children

At Revive Salon, we hold a deep appreciation for our young visitors, but we also prioritize the safety and comfort of all our clients. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that children not be present in the service area. Instead, we ask that they be supervised by an adult in the designated waiting area. Our salon environment involves the use of various tools, sharp objects, and chemicals that may not be suitable for children. By adhering to this policy, we can create a tranquil and secure space for all our guests, allowing them to fully relax and enjoy their time at the salon. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Your commitment to the well-being of all clients is greatly appreciated.

 

Returns

We guarantee all our products sold in the salon. We are happy to assist you in finding the right fit if the current item is not working and you are using it properly. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase. 

 

Redo/Adjustment Policy

At Revive Salon, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. To maintain the quality of our services, please make any special requests within 24 hours from your service date. If a redo is necessary, rest assured that it will be performed by the same skilled stylist who served you. It's essential to remember that certain color requests may require multiple sessions to achieve your desired results. Your stylist will inform you if this applies to your unique situation, and in such cases, we may ask you to complete a multi-step color agreement. Our goal is to provide you with the best and most accurate services, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard. Your hair's health and beauty are our top priorities.

 

Parking

Parking is available on Dayton Street and Riverfront Plaza by paying at the kiosks. (The kiosks have been turned off for the time being)

Monday- Friday parking is available in the lot at The Marcum from 9-5. The gate will be closed for this lot during special events.

Events

Join in the fun and excitement of our lively neighborhood with Revive Salon! Thursday evening concerts, generally happen spring through fall, please be aware that the road may be closed in the early afternoon.  Additionally, don't miss the Hamilton Flea on the second Saturday from May through September; typically, the road is open for this event. These are all enjoyable, family-friendly occasions, so if possible, bring your loved ones along while you enjoy our salon services and turn it into a delightful day out! We look forward to sharing these community experiences with you.
