Important Salon Policies

Covid Procedures

DO NOT ENTER IF YOU HAVE ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, PER THE CDC, OR IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE IN QUARANTINE DUE TO EXPOSURE, CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

Masks are not required at the time. If you would like your stylist to wear a mask, please ask, we are happy to accommodate you.

Cancellation/No Show/Late Policy

We request that all appointment changes and cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please call if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Failure to cancel without above stated notice or arrival too late to be serviced will result in a charge of half of the service fee before being able to schedule your next appointment.

No Shows will be charged the full price of the appointment.

You will be asked to have a card on file after two missed appointments before being able to reschedule.

Children

We love our children, however, out of respect for other clients and their own safety, children are not allowed in the service area and must be supervised by an adult in the waiting area. The salon has a lot of harmful tools, sharp objects and chemicals that are not safe for children. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns

We guarantee all our products sold in the salon. We are happy to assist you in finding the right fit if the current item is not working and you are using it properly. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of purchase.

Redo/Adjustment Policy

Requests must be made within 24 hours from the date of service. Redo’s will be performed by the same stylist.

Some color requests cannot be accomplished in one service. This will be stated by your stylist. If this is the case, you will be asked to complete a multi-step color agreement.

Parking

Parking is available on Dayton Street and Riverfront Plaza by paying at the kiosks. (The kiosks have been turned off for the time being)

Monday- Friday parking is available in the lot at The Marcum from 9-5. The gate will be closed for this lot during special events.

Events

Concerts will be on Thursday evenings and go into the fall. The road closes in the afternoon. You may try to cut through The Marroit but that is not always possible and out of our control. You may park at any on street parking that is available. The Hamilton Flea is the second Saturday, May through September. The road is typically open for this event.

These are fun, family friendly events! If you are able we encourage you to bring your family while you're getting services and make a day of it!
