CURRENT SALON PROCEDURES:
DO NOT ENTER IF YOU HAVE ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, PER THE CDC, OR IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE IN QUARANTINE DUE TO EXPOSURE, CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
When you arrive to the salon, please wait outside or in your car; you can check in from your phone, just reply to the confirmation text and we will know you have arrived. We will text you when we are ready for you to come in. This will eliminate extra people in the salon at one time and allow us to clean the station.
If you would like to help cut down your time in the salon, please have your hair washed prior to your haircut appointment.
Please come alone to your appointment. We will not accommodate extra family members, children or friends. If they come with you, they will need to wait outside.
No handshakes or hugs for us at this time either please!
All guests will be required to wear a mask that hooks behind the ears (all staff members will be required to wear masks as well). We will do our best to apply your hair color without getting it on your mask. It would be best to use a disposable mask if you are concerned with hair color stains. If you do not have a mask, you may purchase one from the salon for $3.
We will be using clean styling capes as usual.
Guests will be seated 6 feet apart at staggered stations and in the common areas. Please do not move chairs. Barriers are in place if 6 feet are not achievable.
We will not be offering beverages at this time, please feel free to bring your own refreshments with you. DORA cups are always welcome and a great way to support our neighbors as well.
Testers are not available, temporarily, as always please ask for assistance if you have questions regarding retail products and we'd be happy to assist you.
We sincerely appreciate your support. This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. As these circumstances are ever changing, they will require our constant attention and reevaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as we make the necessary adjustments.
